Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation for individual reservations is required by 2:00 pm on day prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellation fee of 10% will apply to all on-line bookings, regardless of cancellation time or length of stay.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows will be charged for a minimum of the first night of the reservation.
Pet / Smoking Policy
- The Westcliffe Inn will charge a minimum $100.00 fee/penalty for any pets, unattended pets, or smoking in any room not designated for pets/smokers.
- The minimum fee charged for additional cleaning for designated pet rooms will be $20.00, in the event your pet creates a situation requiring additional cleaning
- In NO event, shall pets be left unattended in any guest room at any time.
- Pet Boarding Facilities are available in the community should you require such services.
Group Policy
- We would love to assist your group in planning its next event!
- Group Bookings / Group Discounts can be arranged in advance, subject to availability. Group bookings are not available online at this time. Group Contracts require a down payment in advance and Cancellation of a minimum of 30 days. For more information on accommodating your group, please contact us.
- Discounts are available off-season or mid-week.
- Summer in the Valley is quite busy. We recommend you contact us, or the Chamber of Commerce, http://www.custerocuntyco.com, in advance of setting dates for you event to avoid "peak" weekends during summer months. Family Re-Unions / Weddings - We do not "Block" rooms for these events. Please contact us for a Group Booking Contract, or direct your guests to book on-line or by telephone on a "first-come, first-serve basis". Feel free to give your guests our toll free Reservations Telephone Number and our Website address for booking their individual reservations.
